Due to the nature of the products, we cannot refund products that have been used or opened.

Delivery policy

Delivery is subject to availability and receipt of payment. Delivery is confirmed by way of electronic mail, to be followed up with actual delivery via courier to your doorstep where possible. Associated costs for courier will be reflected on checkout and included in your bill for payment. 

Please note that delivery costs are subject to change, as determined by the courier company.

How long should my order take to be delivered?

Local orders (within Johannesburg and surrounds) received before 10am will be dispatched within 24 hours. Local orders received after 10am will be dispatched within 48 hours. 

Nationwide orders will take 2-3 days to dispatch, with varying transit times for main, regional and remote areas.

 When do you deliver?

Our couriers generally deliver from Monday to Friday between 08h00 - 17h00.  

Can you deliver after hours, on weekends or on public holidays? 

Unfortunately not.
